Beginning at 6pm today, Friday, July 10, 2020, Facemasks will be required inside all buildings at Jackson Lake Campground & Park due to the Ohio Health Department Order.
Very disappointed paid for 3 nights for tent camping total $164.00. Told the girl yesterday when I booked I wasn't sure the site would work was told I would be charged one night if I cancelled an I understand that. Today cancelled and was charged the 164$. Even there Own policy says one night deposit off this website. Very disappointed an won't be coming back for any future camping trips. I will ask my card to look into the matte as well as I screenshot the policy. I should of been told when I asked not told I would be charged one night and I have no problem paying for 1 night for cancelling the site.
