Based on the Governor's Order issued March 23, 2020, and in an effort to combat COVID-19 we are taking RV Site bookings online and by phone only. Our bathhouses and buildings are closed and we are not offering tent camping at this time. Travelers who need a place to hunker down, be here for work, or are full-time campers that can no longer be at the state parks, as they have closed, are welcome. This is residential camping only. In other words you are living in your camper. Our office is not open to the public and we are avoiding face-to-face interactions. When you book online it will only ask for your deposit. If possible please pay the reservation in full at time of booking. If not we will call you before you arrive to take the balance of the payment. Your check in packet will be on the office porch with your last name on the outside of the packet. Our GM Mike is on-site. You will have his contact information during your stay so if you need anything, please know he will be here. Thank you for your understanding as we traverse these difficult times. We booked for Memorial weekend, will we get a refund if cancelled?
ReplyDeleteIf the stay at home is still in place, yes, you will receive a refund. If the stay at home has been lifted at that point, our regular cancellation policy will apply. Regular Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit equal to a one night base campsite rate is required upon booking your reservation. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN BY 10 PM THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND OF DEPOSIT. If you call to tell us you will be checking in a day later, i.e. change your reservation dates the date of check in, another one night deposit will be required, which is non-refundable should you fail to check-in. The above stated deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your stay, you will be provided a credit equivalent to your deposit for use the same calendar year as your original reservation. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN BY 10PM THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
