Only 1/2 the pool paint came in, everyone is on back order, and the water delivery service is very backed up.  So, our anticipated pool opening at this time is the week of June 15th.

It’s official, the Governor has permitted us to open Thursday, May 21, 2020!  Social distancing is required.  We ask you wear masks indoors as we are required to recommend by ReStart Ohio protocols.  If we want to stay open we need people to be conscious of the fact that a lack of rule following could result in another closure by the government.  Pool is closed until May 29, Lake will open Saturday May 23 at Noon.  Our Activities will all be outdoors (or patio at Parkview Hall). Splash cafe will be open with a new pizza oven! Come enjoy some camping time, fun time, beach time, RESPONSIBLY!

Gov. Dewine announced the rollout to reopen Ohio on Monday, April 28, 2020.  For our park that means the continuation of general camping being closed.  However, the Governor's office did state,  The following as to continued closure: " Campgrounds, including recreational camps and recreational vehicle (RV) parks.   Excludes people living in campground RVs with no other viable place of residence. Excludes people living in cabins, mobile homes, or other fixed structures that are meant for single families and where preexisting residential activity already has been established. (E.g., for people who have part-time preestablished residences at campgrounds for the summer months.)" We interpret that as meaning we will continue to serve those who are living in their RV's, as we have been doing, and WELCOMING BACK our seasonal campers to come enjoy the great outdoors. Based on the Governor's Order issued March 23, 2020, and in an effort to combat COVID-19 we are taking RV Site bookings online and by phone only. Our bathhouses and buildings are closed and we are not offering tent camping at this time. Travelers who need a place to hunker down, be here for work, or are full-time campers that can no longer be at the state parks, as they have closed, are welcome. This is residential camping only. In other words you are living in your camper. Our office is not open to the public and we are avoiding face-to-face in teractions. When you book online it will only ask for your deposit. If possible please pay the reservation in full at time of booking. If not we will call you before you arrive to take the balance of the payment.
